Affinity purified immunoglobulin in 10 mM HEPES, pH 7.5, with 150 mM NaCl, 100 µg/mL BSA and 50% glycerol.

Specificity

GABA A receptor alpha6 subunit. The apparent molecular mass of the alpha6 subunit in rat brain membrane fractions is 56-57 kDa. The antibody shows no reactivity in the forebrain of alpha6 knockout mice.

Storage and Stability

Maintain at -20°C in undiluted for up to 6 months after date of receipt. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Do not store in a self-defrosting freezer.
